For over 20 years, Flavio has led Turbina Filmes, a production company that focuses now mainly on social impact projects. In his capacity as a communications consultant and producer, he designed the communications strategy and films for Fortified Rice Campaign, a vital initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Brazil. He has also spearheaded significant projects for Human Rights Watch, aimed at promoting equal rights for women. In recent years, Turbina Filmes has partnered strategically with the Rockefeller Foundation and the School Meals Coalition producing impactful films on the topics of regenerative agriculture and nutrition.
